Instead, it receives a significant styling makeover, featuring sleeker exterior lighting elements, reshaped front and rear bumpers, an updated grille, new wheel designs, and the introduction of Buick’s updated Tri-Shield logo on the nose and tail. Additionally, the mid-range Select trim has been replaced with the Sport Touring model, boasting black aluminum wheels, a gloss-black mesh grille, and a flat-bottomed steering wheel. Furthermore, the top-level Essence trim has been replaced with the Avenir trim, which adds specific exterior finishings to enhance the Encore GX further.

I have two perspectives to answer this question:

As a fairly tall, family man, This is a very nice and practical size for a daily SUV. Very ergonomic, spacious, and all the amenities as far as technology. Family fit well, easy tailgate access for daily cargo items. This Buick felt youthful.

As a car enthusiast, Buick has some excellent and iconic cars over the decades. The Encore as mentioned represents a new generation of Buick, very youthful and attractive. It’s sporty in design with the latest tech.

Final thoughts

New buyers I think will appreciate this vehicle. It’s a perfect young demographic I see buying it. Great car to consider for this segment. Especially for the price!
