Is the Cadillac CT4 all new for 2024?

No, the Cadillac CT4 for 2024 is not entirely new. However, it does come with some updates. These include the addition of a new extra-cost color option called Midnight Sky Metallic for the regular CT4 model. Additionally, the Onyx Package now incorporates a black spoiler along with its existing dark accents and wheels. With Cadillac commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the V sub-brand in 2024, the CT4-V trim introduces four new exterior color options: Coastal Blue Metallic, Cyber Yellow Metallic, and the limited-edition Black Diamond Tricoat and Velocity Red. A Special 20th Anniversary badging can be found in various places such as the grille, rockers, and within the animated gauge cluster.

The Cadillac CT4 V-Series comes equipped with a turbocharged 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine as standard, producing 325 horsepower. This engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. For the other trims a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine available in the base Luxury and mid-range Premium Luxury and Sport models. This engine generates 237 horsepower and is also paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. All models come with rear-wheel drive

What are the interior features of the Cadillac CT4?

The Cadillac CT4, has redesigned the buttons and switchgear for improved user-friendliness compared to its predecessor. However, some touch points still feel somewhat budget-oriented. While there have been advancements in certain areas, such as technology and luxury amenities, the overall quality of fabrics and textures hasn’t seen a significant improvement. Cabin space, especially in the rear, is tight, and the trunk offers a modest 10.7 cubic feet of cargo room. There is a range of standard and optional luxury and tech features available.

Every CT4 model is equipped with an 8.0-inch infotainment touchscreen featuring the latest CUE software. Standard features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto interfaces, along with an onboard Wi-Fi hotspot. Cadillac provides navigation as standard across all models. Additionally, a 14-speaker Bose stereo system is included, replacing the standard eight-speaker setup.

How does the Cadillac CT4 v-Series Drive?

I have two perspectives to answer this question:

As a fairly tall, family man, The CT4 is a in the compact sedan segment. Driver space is adequate, but really gives you more of a sports car feel with the advantage of four doors. It’s an appropriate daily driver for a someone seeking luxury, performance, and maybe a child or two.

As a car enthusiast, The V is synonymous with performance, and although I knew it wasn’t a Blackhawk I did have an expectation of some performance aspects. With 325hp it definitely becomes a thrilling ride when you need it to be. Styling is subtle, but in the details. The car fulfills the enthusiast within.
