Not entirely. The 2024 Land Rover has refined the lineup with updated powertrains. The plug-in-hybrid P440e has been replaced by a more powerful P550e making 542 horsepower, while the P400 and P530 continue unchanged. At the top, the SV trim now boasts a 606-hp V8 badged P615. Beyond performance, Land Rover has also introduced a new SV Bespoke program, giving buyers greater freedom to personalize their Range Rover.

How does the Land Rover Range Rover SE Drive?

I have two perspectives to answer this question:

As a fairly tall, family man, this is one of the few SUVs where I actually feel completely comfortable behind the wheel. There’s plenty of legroom and headroom, and the seating position feels commanding without being bulky. With three kids two still in boosters the back seat space is generous, and getting them in and out isn’t a hassle. The ride is smooth and quiet, which makes long drives feel effortless.

As a car enthusiast, It’s hard not to appreciate how refined this SUV feels. The steering is light but precise, and the air suspension soaks up rough roads like they’re nothing. It’s not a “driver’s car” in the traditional sense, but there’s a certain satisfaction in how composed and confident it feels for its size. It carries itself with authority.
